This luxurious, elegant mountain estate was completed in 2007 with a construction cost of approximately $8,500,000. It is an 8,200 square foot wood-framed structure with extensive exposed heavy timber supporting extensive vaulted roofs. The nearly 20-foot-tall windows providing pristine panoramic views of Lake Tahoe required multiple steel moment frames, which were detailed to be fully concealed within architectural elements.
