Sugarbowl Lot 25

Linchpin is working with architect Kevin S. Killen, AIA, LEED® AP, Director of the Residential Studio at EHDD, for the design of this new Sugarbowl Residence. The building features all concrete construction for the lowest level and main level floor. The battered walls protect the home from the enormous snow loads. Linchpin is the structural engineer for many projects in Sugarbowl. We are excited to work with EHDD, an internationally renowned architecture firm.
