Sands Regency Parking Structure

Linchpin was retained to investigate cracking around the structure. The investigation included evaluating structural frame elements and the post tensioned slab. Water had penetrated the slab and was deteriorating the post tensioning. Linchpin was the engineer of record for the structural repairs to the slab that included partial post tension wire replacement.
