Linchpin provided the structural engineering design for this luxurious and elegant Sierra Nevada estate. The structural construction lays on a concrete foundation and is made of a steel-framed design that allows for plenty of windows. This allows this roughly 7,300 square feet property to have plenty of natural and brilliant views.
