Donner Summit Lodge

Linchpin provided an assessment and rehabilitation design for the Donner Summit Lodge that had suffered under years of poor maintenance. As part of the work, a new retaining wall was installed where previously there had been a pit dating back to the old -lower- road elevation. The new wall allowed the pit to be filled. The exterior of the building was repaired and a creative solution was developed to address the damaged floor framing without replacement.
